Pick up in person or have your puppy delivered safely.
Delivery options
- Pickup: collect your puppy in person by appointment.
- Ground delivery: a driver brings your puppy to you.
- Air transport: your puppy travels with an airline pet program or an accompanying flight nanny.
Safety requirements
Puppies travel only when they are at least 8 weeks old, healthy, and cleared by a veterinarian. We provide a health certificate and a safe, airline-approved crate where needed.
Costs and timing
Delivery costs depend on your destination and the method you choose. We quote the total before you reserve, and you will never be asked to pay an amount that was not agreed in writing.
Outside the United States
Tell us your country before reserving. Import rules, permits, and quarantine requirements vary, and you are responsible for confirming them for your destination. We help with the paperwork we are able to provide.
When your puppy arrives
We send photos and updates during travel. Please bring a warm blanket, offer small amounts of water and food, and book a vet visit within the first few days. See our health guarantee.
